Permanent magnet Direct Screw Air End

It is a unique new design, which combines the permanent magnet motor and the speed control frequency converter. It couples with the high quality air end, which shows the advanced screw compressor technology.

It can provide the unique energy-saving effect and super reliability. There is no motor bearing. The screwing compressor is driven by the permanent magnet motor. There is no consider about the attrition of the gear,pulley,belt, coupling,shaft seal and the moving parts, which leads to the leak or change parts. Meanwhile, it not need to consider the calibritionfor the gear coaxial seal. The high-effect converter technique will reduce the operating costs prodigiously, which can provide you a real excellent technology.

Detailed description

1.Rotor
Rotors are asymmetric in profile, backed up by ball bearings and roller bearings. Operates at a low speed, thereby low in abrasion and maintenance expenses, air end is long service life.

2.Control panel
Intelligent microcomputer-based control EPT can monitor and control in all aspects the complete machine following your instructions, remote control realizes unattended operation.

3.Oil filter
Rotary filters are applied to completely remove the impurities in the lubricating oil, easy to replace and free of oil impregnate.

4.Air filter
Original imported filter material,high efficiency three levels air separator, keep internal cleanliness of the system effectively.

5.Cooler
The cooler is located separately from the internal isolation of the chassis,so that the cooling fans would suck air with normal temperature from outside.Compared to cooling by using the air of 45~65°Cinside the chassis,the cooling fans could save over 30% energy when the temperature of the air outlet decreases 3~8°C.

6.Excellent quality of motors
Professional EPT high efficiency permanent magnet motor,Compared to normal motors, Permanent magnet motor more excellent energy saving.protection grade:IP65

7.The air end of compressor is of high efficiency and long life
Excellent SKF bearings are adopted for compressor air end to better improve their use efficiency,reduce abrasion.and to realize long term operation with no faults,low noise and long life.
